*Redeeming vouchers requires booking an appointment at the reception at least 2 weeks in advance.
*Vouchers expire after the validity period and cannot be redeemed.
*Vouchers of a specified value can be exchanged for another service or used with an additional payment on site if the chosen service exceeds the voucher value.
*The voucher can be redeemed by the recipient or by another person to whom it has been transferred – for example, in case of health contraindications or if the original recipient is unable to use it.
