*All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
*Voucher redemption requires booking an appointment at the reception with at least 2 weeks' notice.
*Vouchers that have expired lose their validity and cannot be redeemed.
*Vouchers of a specified value can be exchanged for another service or used with an additional payment on site if the selected service exceeds the voucher's value.
*A voucher can be redeemed either by the recipient or by another person to whom it was given – for example, in case of health contraindications or if the original recipient cannot use it.
